We’re looking for a Client Partner to take ownership of key client relationships and drive growth within our agency. You’ll sit at the intersection of client leadership, commercial performance, and strategic guidance, ensuring we deliver exceptional digital experiences and marketing performance that make a tangible difference to our clients’ businesses.

As part of a 40-strong team, you’ll be close to the work and highly visible, balancing hands-on involvement with senior-level oversight. You’ll partner with our in-house Insight & Planning, Creative, Performance, Technology, and Delivery teams, ensuring solutions are sector-relevant, insight-driven, and commercially impactful. While you’ll be accountable for the client relationship and outcomes, project management responsibility sits firmly with our Delivery team.

Alongside this, you will also act as an Industry Lead in one of our priority industries: Home Improvement & Materials, Healthcare, Wellness and Lifestyle, Financial & Professional Services, Property, Places & Community, and Education, Heritage & Purpose. This overlay responsibility is about providing leadership, insight, and commercial focus within your chosen industry, ensuring the agency builds credibility, delivers growth, and develops industry-specific expertise that benefits both new and existing clients.

What you’ll do

  • Client leadership and growth
  • Act as the senior lead on a portfolio of key client accounts, building trusted partnerships at C‑suite and senior stakeholder level.
  • Drive commercial performance across your accounts, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable business value.
  • Shape and steer client strategies in partnership with our Insight & Planning team (and wider business stakeholders), ensuring work is insight‑driven, sector‑relevant, and aligned to long‑term objectives.
  • Identify and convert opportunities for organic growth – whether through new initiatives, cross‑discipline collaboration, or industry innovation.
  • Champion the client voice internally, ensuring cross‑discipline teams are aligned and focused on outcomes that matter.
  • Mentor and develop the wider squad from a growth and commercial POV, raising the quality of client leadership and commercial thinking across the agency.

Industry leadership

  • Champion revenue growth across clients in your specialist industry, identifying upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with the Growth team on new business, providing industry credibility and insight in new business pitches and proposals.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulations, translating this into actionable thought leadership, propositions, and case studies with Insight & Planning.
  • Share industry knowledge and best practices across the agency, elevating our teams’ understanding and sharpening our strategic approaches.
  • Contribute to agency marketing with industry‑specific POVs, articles, and speaking engagements, building our external visibility.
  • Represent your industry in quarterly reviews with Leadership and Growth, providing updates on performance, trends, and opportunities.

Skills and experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in account management / client leadership, ideally within a digital experience or performance marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of leading senior client relationships and driving account growth.
  • Industry‑specific expertise in Home Improvement & Materials, Healthcare, Wellness and Lifestyle, Financial & Professional Services, Property, Places & Community, and Education, Heritage & Purpose, with demonstrable experience in at least one.
  • Naturally curious, with the ability to uncover both immediate challenges and longer‑term opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen – confident in forecasting, budgeting, profitability management, and spotting opportunities.
  • Gravitas in client settings – able to inspire confidence in boardrooms, workshops, and pitches.
  • Confident communicator and credible industry voice in both internal and external settings.
  • Collaborative mindset – comfortable working with members from other teams across Growth, Client Services, Insight & Planning, Creative, Performance, Technology, and Delivery.
  • Passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.

Why work with us?

  • Be part of a close‑knit agency of 40 people where your impact will be seen and felt.
  • Lead transformative digital experience, performance marketing, experimentation, and research projects.
  • Shape our presence in your industry of expertise, acting as a thought leader both internally and externally.
  • Join a culture that values curiosity, creativity, and commercial focus in equal measure.

Just some of the benefits

  • A welcome package on your first day filled with your favourite drinks and treats.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + half a day off for your birthday + buy up to 3 days extra holiday.
  • Hybrid working & flexible hours – work two days or more in the office & the rest from wherever you like.
  • Regular agency and team socials.
  • A day off every year to volunteer for a charity.
  • Annual Christmas do and summer party to let our hair down and celebrate the season.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
