Understand and implement the production plan. Complete job allocation cards and review with the production plan to meet completion dates. Ensure build quality through spot checks on work being completed. Conduct workshop toolbox talks. Perform fire alarm checks. Manage new employees and apprentices, ensuring they receive proper support and training. Perform any other necessary tasks. Candidate Specification Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Leadership qualities to lead a team and develop production efficiencies. Technical Specification Previous experience in control panel manufacturing is advantageous but not essential. Desirable Qualifications Experience in a similar supervisory role.
