To drive commercial performance across multiple projects based at either Cookstown or Ilkeston. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of projects from tender handover through to final account. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, champions cost awareness, and ensures strong financial outcomes.
