Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or project support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience within a project‑based environment or the water industry (desirable).
  • Knowledge of project‑management tools or processes (desirable).
