As a Project Manager at CBUL, your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful delivery of various gravity and pressurized wastewater system projects.
Project Oversight: Manage all phases of the project, from pricing through to on-site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Job Responsibilities
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to obtain necessary information, licenses, and permits, and to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Planning and Documentation: Develop and maintain project programs in line with Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) requirements, including the preparation of Construction Phase Plans (CPP), Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and other relevant documentation.
- Commercial Management: Collaborate with the commercial team on scoping, pricing, and contract matters, advising on any changes affecting cost, quality, and schedule.
- Customer and Stakeholder Management: Work with the Customer Stakeholder Manager to plan and execute customer and stakeholder management strategies and project communications.
Technical Specification Experience Required
Relevant experience in civil engineering is essential, with water or utility network experience being desirable.
Essential Qualifications Certifications
- Valid Driving Licence
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Management certification (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate)
- NEBOSH certification is desirable
Desirable Qualifications Education: Degree, HNC, or NVQ Level 6 in Engineering or Construction Management.
