A leading travel organisation is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a high-profile project delivering a brand-new reservation and booking system. You will play a key role in ensuring software quality across multiple test phases, working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and project leads to identify issues early and ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business and technical requirements for booking/reservation systems.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and test data.
- Perform SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing; log and retest defects.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test coverage, and system functionality.
- Report test progress, risks, and metrics to the Test Lead/Project Manager.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand system changes.
Key Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience testing reservation/booking systems.
- Proven experience across SIT and UAT phases.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, X-Ray, TestRail, Zephyr, or ALM.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
