Role Summary

We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to manage every aspect of our integration

experience and serving infrastructure. This will mean helping to design, build and maintain the

infrastructure needed for onboarding and serving our enterprise customers. The integration

experience is a key rate limiting factor in scaling the business and an essential part of our

product offering. As an early hire, you’ll also be instrumental in building out the engineering

team as the business grows – we will be growing quickly.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a smooth, minimal overhead integration pipeline for new enterprise

customers – onboarding datasets, creating servers and tools for monitoring usage.

• Building scalable infrastructure to automate the process of training our deep learning

models for individual customers.

• Collaborating closely with the team and our customers to monitor and maintain

performance.

• Integrating closely with the data engineering team.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on serving infrastructure

work.

• Strong proficiency in infrastructure management (Docker, CI/CD, K8s, Helm,

Terraform…)

• Good knowledge of cloud ecosystems and understanding of the challenges of deploying

large AI models across multiple environments (public cloud, private cloud, on-

premises).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus

• Experience in training and serving deep learning models.

• Experience in and appetite for working in small, rapidly growing companies or projects.
