Purpose

Has the ownership to ensure that provided facilities / reception services are delivered in a professional, responsive and courteous manner to all staff and visitors. First point of contact with facilities suppliers to ensure that building/facilities systems are maintained and operational to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Takes ownership of all facilities services calls with respect to premises matters and completes service calls up to internal customer\’s satisfaction.

· Manages the relationship with facilities contractors.

· Manages premises supplier\’s on-site interventions to ensure that supplier\’s services are delivered according to agreement.

· Receives sorts and distributes incoming mail. Collects and processes daily outgoing mail.

· Receives sorts and distributes incoming parcels. Provides assistance, prepares and ships out going parcels.

· Takes necessary actions to ensure that the premises are always properly maintain and in good condition.

· Ensures that building systems are maintained and are operational for optimum operations.

· Handles internal office moves, additions and changes as assigned.

· Ensures that premises\’ consumable supplies used by occupants are in stock and distributed appropriately without shortage. (Printing supplies, Washroom supplies, Paper supplies, Water supplies, etc).

· Updates and provides relevant information in coordination with Facilities management database system (s).

· Provides management reports as requested.

· Handles assignments as required by management.

· Front desk / reception duties.

8:30 till 17:00

Education & Professional Qualifications

· Certificate diploma or equivalent desirable.

· Building Maintenance certification or equivalent.

Experience Knowledge & Skills Profession Competencies

· 3-5 years in a similar role with a multinational organization.

· Previous customer service experience essential.
