My client, a leading luxury brand, is seeking an Admin Support within IT on a 12-month contract based in their London offices, 5 days a week. Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Support within IT to help with administrative operations, reporting, and asset tracking. This role is ideal for someone organised, dependable, and comfortable working across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by managing reports, handling purchase processes, and supporting general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly IT reports
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management
- Maintain documentation for IT processes and tracking
- IT Administrative Support
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for IT requirements
- Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams
- Maintain vendor and procurement records
- Asset Management
- Monitor and track IT assets and inventory
- Maintain the asset register and update it regularly
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding asset allocation
- Track asset lifecycle and renewals
- General Support
- Support IT team with coordination and scheduling
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
