The NC oversees various portfolios and Central Institutions dedicated to community welfare through programmatic activities and casework.
The National Council for the UK is hiring a Case Management Director to lead the development of a structured and sustainable services delivery model supporting the well-being of the Ismaili community. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient, proactive, and high-quality case management, working alongside Central Institutions to enhance support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and oversee a centralised case management system.
- Lead a team of volunteers and caseworkers to deliver tailored support to individuals and families.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve service quality and impact.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safeguarding regulations.
- Manage budgets, funding strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
- 5+ years’ experience in case management, social services, or NGO leadership.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in project management, service design, and monitoring & evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Advanced Degree or certifications a plus).
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evenings and weekends.
