We are seeking female compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide exceptional support and personal care assistance to elderly female clients within their home environment. Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support with medication administration in accordance with prescribed guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Engage clients in social activities and behavioural management strategies to promote mental well-being
- Provide specialised care for residents with dementia
- Support with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care is desirable
- Knowledge of patient care techniques including dementia care
