- Develop executive-level account strategies that drive customer retention, expansion, and long-term partnership.
- Build strong relationships with strategic technology partners, including Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, and other ecosystem vendors, creating joint account plans, identifying co-sell opportunities, leveraging partner investment programmes, and executing collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the organisation with credibility at executive briefings, customer workshops, industry events, and partner engagements.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue and profitability objectives.
Experience required

- What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means becoming a trusted strategic advisor to customers, rather than simply a technology supplier.
You will consistently identify new opportunities within existing and prospective customers, develop executive-level relationships, and deliver significant enterprise wins.
You’ll collaborate closely with our technology partners to create joint growth strategies, maximise market opportunities, and position our organisation as the partner of choice for AI, cloud, and data transformation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially astute Sales Director who combines strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach.

You’ll also recognise the importance of a strong partner ecosystem, working collaboratively with Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, and other strategic vendors to build joint account plans, unlock new opportunities, and accelerate customer success.
If you have a passion for AI, cloud, infrastructure, and data technologies, a proven record of winning transformational enterprise deals, and the drive to build lasting customer partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
