The Client:
I’m working with a fast-growing consumer insight consultancy who specialises in building bespoke online communities to solve marketing, innovation and communication challenges for huge names such as IKEA, Peloton, McDonalds and Facebook. They are a fully remote team which means you can work wherever you feel most comfortable, with flexible working hours too!
They have built their own platform, designed to deliver qualitative research on both short & long term community projects using a variety of digital techniques such as mobile diaries & video ethnography. They are a team of 30+ people which means you’ll have a lot of autonomy.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity as you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, building up relationships. You’ll be working on projects at a global scale, introducing the power of online qualitative research to massive well-known names, with a specific focus on a big travel brand.
