The Business Analyst bridges business needs and technology solutions, translating business requirements into pragmatic, cloud‑native and data‑driven outcomes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Partner with D&IT, application management teams and external vendors to support live applications and drive the evolution of the application portfolio.
  • Oversee day-to-day application activities, monitor issues, service performance and priorities to ensure alignment with business needs.
