We're hiring exclusively for a leading FTSE 100 brand! Help steer the B2B commercial engine behind one of the UK’s best-known hospitality brands.
We’re looking for a Senior B2B Analyst to join a fast-moving sales operations team, this ISN'T a “sit in the corner and crunch spreadsheets” type of role.
This role is about uncovering actionable insights across our direct and indirect B2B channels (think everything from corporate accounts and group bookings to travel management companies and online travel agents like Expedia).
This is a high-impact role, essential to the functioning of a large commercial team. You’ll need to be sharp, numerate, and confident explaining your insights, because your work will directly influence sales decisions and revenue performance.
You’ll work side-by-side with sales leadership to:
- Set and monitor sales targets and incentive schemes.
- Spot trends and deep-dive into customer performance (who’s growing, who’s declining, and why).
- Support commercial interventions when performance dips.
- Shape monthly exec-level insight packs used by senior stakeholders including the Sales & Distribution Director.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and own Power BI dashboards and custom reporting.
- Use SQL to interrogate deeper data layers when dashboards don’t cut it.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis on customer segments, industry trends and trading performance.
- Work across stakeholders to complete the full picture insights aren’t just in the numbers
- Support performance reviews of internal sales managers to highlight gaps or underperformance.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders (and potentially C-suite, depending on experience).
What You’ll Bring:
- A numerical or analytical degree (e.g. Maths, Engineering, Economics, Data Science).
- 2+ years’ experience in an analyst role, either agency side or clientside.
- Experience in PowerBI/Tableau or similar. You'll be confident building dashboards and visualising data.
- Practical SQL skills for custom querying (not essential to be a coder, but must be comfortable querying data sets).
- Strong commercial instinct and curiosity – able to spot patterns and investigate the ‘why’.
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical insights in plain English.
- Experience in sectors like hospitality, travel, retail or logistics is a bonus.
- Great with PowerPoint, you’ll be turning data into compelling stories.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Private healthcare
- Up to 10% matched pension
- 60% discount on hotel stays + 25% off restaurants
- Up to 15% annual bonus
- Strong internal career growth – especially within commercial, analytics and finance functions.
