This role will suit a Senior Analyst working in any of the following areas: (different businesses have different names) market effectiveness / marketing sciences/media effectiveness/measurement econometrics, market mix modelling
This team at our client is responsible for identifying, evaluating and realising new opportunities within the digital media and advertising industry with the goal of creating scalable services and businesses on top of the global footprint of our clients smart TVs. The EU advertising team is working to add new value for partners, advertisers, and agencies through its unique insights into TV viewership in the shifting media landscape!
The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record in media insights, advertising research, or media measurement/effectiveness roles within an agency or media owner. Your expertise should demonstrate a passion for problem-solving, an interest in identifying solutions, and a successful history of leading projects.
Your key responsibilities
This role is focused on generating insights and data solutions for clients and the market, in particular:
- Using our clients substantial proprietary data to publish insights at the forefront of the evolving TV ecosystem
- Craft engaging stories from insights & data to support ad-sales narratives in partnership with sales and marketing
- Delivering custom marketing effectiveness support to the largest global brands
- Establishing & maintaining relationships with third-party research and data partners including GWI, Kantar, Dynata & other independents
- Presentation and collaboration directly with external and internal stakeholders
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Considerable experience in media insights, advertising research and/or marketing science roles
- Familiarity with CTV, digital and/or TV media
- Strong stakeholder management skills with extensive experience of working with clients and senior business professionals
- The ability to explain complex issues and problems in simplified terms that are easily understandable to non-technical staff
- Experience using statistical techniques to draw insights from data
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, etc.), automation techniques (e.g., Javascript, Python, etc.) and statistical principles (e.g., significance, regression, etc.)
