Location: London with hybrid working.

Salary: £50,000-65,000 + bonus and benefits.

Be part of a global team delivering data that drives decisions in banking, payments, and retail tech. This role will suit someone working in a market report/market intelligence agency and/or a traditional market research agency. A Manager level at this business would be equivalent to Research Manager/Senior Manager or Associate Director level from a traditional market research agency. No previous financial services sector experience required.

The role will involve working across 3 different project types:

  • Published Research: Producing industry reports.
  • Data Services: Ongoing, client-specific data and research needs, often involving sustained client relationships over the course of a year.
  • Consultancy: Bespoke, client-driven research projects, typically shorter-term and more intensive in terms of client interaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead teams delivering industry-shaping research.
  • Own and drive bespoke client projects from concept to delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Improve project outputs and operations while managing cost and quality.
  • Help shape future products and services with your insight.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years in research/consulting.
  • 3+ years managing project teams.
  • Top-notch communication, critical thinking & self-management.
  • Strong quantitative research skills and client relationship skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
