Research Insight Manager

A high growth Market Research company that uses its platform and data products to run polls and acquire decision-grade data about the public—what consumers, voters and citizens think and do.

You will be the research manager analysis lead at the organization, being a foundational part of a fast-growing research data team which works in lockstep with the team of data engineers and data scientists. Working directly with our chief research officer, you’ll support some of the UK’s biggest charities, political parties and corporates, solving some of the hardest problems in market research and shaping where the industry is heading.

Skills and Experience:

• 3-4 years as a researcher in the quantitative market research industry is ideal.
• Experience at data science firms, management consultancies, public affairs agencies, civil servants and think-tanks will also be welcomed.
• The ideal candidate should be able to identify the top 2-3 findings for each client brief through data analysis and express these in well-structured PowerPoint decks and memos.
• Experience in conducting different types of statistical analyses ideally on panel data — principal component analysis, factor analysis, multivariate regression and cluster analysis.

The benefits:

As a Research Manager, you can earn up to a base of £60,000 plus an aggressive benefits package.
