We’re on the lookout for a Research Manager and a Research Director to join a growing and ambitious Insight Consultancy. They are a an independent, global agency that combines quant, qual and AI to tackle complex business questions, offering the team the chance to work on diverse, high-impact projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead exciting research projects for some of the world’s biggest brands across multiple sectors – from retail and tech to entertainment and more.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and growing key client relationships
  • Acting as a quality gatekeeper
  • Getting hands-on quant research and delivering impactful presentations
  • Crafting winning proposals and designing bespoke research solutions
  • Supporting and mentoring team members, helping them progress in their careers

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong career progression in research, with a drive to keep growing
  • Experience supporting / leading quantitative research projects across different methodologies (e.g., brand tracking, segmentation, conjoint)
  • A hands-on approach and a passion for delivering great client work
