Associate Director – Quantitative Research (Ad Hoc & Tracking)
Salary up to £65,000 DOE
London – Hybrid
We’re working with a fast-growing research consultancy who are hiring an Associate Director to join the team.
This role is ideal for an experienced Quant Researcher ready to take a bigger strategic lead while staying close to the work. You’ll partner with senior clients, guide projects end-to-end, and help shape thinking across high-profile brands spanning entertainment, tech, retail and more.
You’ll join a collaborative, ambitious team that values progression, autonomy and quality thinking. There’s real scope here to influence ways of working, mentor others, and play a key role in the agency’s continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Leading ad hoc and tracking quantitative research from design through to delivery
- Acting as a senior client contact, building trusted, long-term relationships
- Translating complex data into clear, compelling strategic stories
- Shaping proposals, methodologies and project direction
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What you’ll bring
- Strong agency-side experience in quantitative research
- Confidence across a range of quant methodologies
- Proven experience leading projects and managing clients independently
- Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- High standards, attention to detail, and a collaborative leadership style
