Quantitative Research Director – Ad hoc (complex quant studies)
📍 London (Hybrid, 1 day per week in-office)
💰 £70,000 to £80,000 + 10% bonus + great benefits

This is a senior role in a tight-knit team where you'll shape thinking, guide delivery and support growth. The business is going through exciting change with new structure, clear direction and a genuinely collaborative culture.
What you’ll do
- Lead quant research projects from pitch to delivery, including MaxDiff, conjoint and segmentation studies
- Write smart, purposeful questionnaires that get to the real "so what"
- Work with an in-house data team and trusted partners for deeper analysis
- Spend around 30–35% of your time building relationships and spotting commercial opportunities
- Collaborate closely with qual and strategy teams for joined-up insight
What we’re looking for
- An experienced Quant Director, or a strong Associate Director ready to step up.
- Background in an agency environment, ideally boutique or mid-sized
- Confident running projects end-to-end and working directly with clients
- Collaborative, practical and grounded. No egos. No hiding behind job titles
