Senior Research Executive – Qualitative Insight

📍London (Hybrid)

💰 £35,000 – £42,000 + benefits

Are you a qualitative researcher who’s fascinated by people – what drives them, what inspires them, and how brands can create experiences that truly connect?

We’re working with a boutique insight consultancy that fuses behavioural science with design thinking to help some of the world’s biggest brands innovate, grow, and make a real impact.

You’ll be digging beneath the surface to uncover what really shapes people’s choices, applying both behavioural science and creative thinking to help brands design better products, services & experiences.

You’ll be hands-on at every stage, supporting the design of research, moderating groups and interviews, analysing findings, and crafting stories that inspire change. You’ll also work closely with senior team members, learning how to transform insight into strategy while building your expertise across a wide range of sectors.

They’re looking for a Qualitative SRE, someone with agency experience who’s confident running fieldwork and eager to keep learning. They want someone who’s excited by the chance to work on creative, human-centred projects for leading global brands.
