Job Title: Associate Director, Qualitative Research – Innovation & Strategy

💸 Salary: £75-85,000 per year

📍 Location: London-based with hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)

Are you passionate about uncovering cultural insights, developing creative strategies, and helping brands and businesses define the future? This opportunity is for an Associate Director in Qualitative Research to join a leading innovation and strategy consultancy working with global clients across industries like entertainment, lifestyle, F&B, and travel.

Work with the C Suite and bigger budget from brand and marketing and not insight, giving you more freedom to be creative in your approach in a business that will push you to be as creative as possible.

What You\’ll Do:

As a senior member of the qualitative research team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping insights into actionable strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Client Collaboration: Build and nurture strong client partnerships, both locally and globally.
  • Insight Delivery: Lead research processes and deliver impactful presentations that translate insights into compelling stories and strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, collaborating with them to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Creative Innovation: Use immersive and progressive techniques to unlock fresh ideas and new opportunities.
