We are working with a full service insight agency who specialise in ad hoc research in the retail and FMCG sectors. They conduct mainly ad hoc studies ranging from new product development, product testing, shopper research, pricing, range optimisation and category U&As, to advertising effectiveness and brand tracking for some of the biggest household names in the FMCG and retail sectors. They have grown steadily and are looking for a Quantitative AD/RD to join the team to do a Mat cover. It’s a great chance to manage core FMCG and retail clients and gain exposure to exciting research methods.
The role will involve taking the lead on the entire project research cycle, including:
- Strategic oversight of the entire project research cycle, ensuring projects are run to our high quality standards
- Taking ownership of projects and working (both independently and with support from the rest of the team) to deliver insightful and strategic insights
- Constructing compelling research reports and delivering debriefs direct to clients
- Leadership on proposal development using appropriate research methods
- Managing internal resources and budgets effectively
- Maintaining and developing existing client relationships while identifying growth opportunities
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they are fulfilling their responsibilities to a high standard
