Are you a data-driven thinker with a passion for uncovering insights? We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist to join a growing, consultative research agency in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on working with complex datasets, enjoys building models, and loves turning numbers into stories. They\’re keen to look at analytics candidates from SRE through to RD level.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔ Design and execute advanced quantitative research techniques (e.g., conjoint, MaxDiff, segmentation, pricing etc)
✔ Develop and run analytical models to extract meaningful insights
✔ Work closely with research consultants to support data-driven storytelling
✔ Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data analysis across projects
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong experience in quantitative research & data analytics.
✔ Proficiency in statistical techniques and tools (e.g., R, SPSS or Q or equivalent.
✔ Advanced Excel skills – Macros, Pivot tables, Conditional Formatting, Data cleaning, Use of advanced Functions.
✔ A consultative mindset—able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
✔ Previous experience in market research, analytics, or a similar data-heavy role.
