💸 £30,000–£35,000
Are you the kind of person who lives for ticking off a to-do list, loves chasing down answers, and can keep 10 plates spinning without dropping any? We’re hiring a Fieldwork Project Manager to help power high-impact research across multiple industries — from gaming and sportswear to finance and automotive.
In this role, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes: making sure research projects run like clockwork, suppliers deliver on time, and data arrives squeaky clean and ready for insight. You’ll work across both continuous tracking and ad hoc projects — and play a key role in keeping internal teams and clients informed, aligned, and confident in delivery.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
- Managing fieldwork from start to finish across multiple research projects
- Coordinating suppliers, timelines, recruitment, and data quality
- Tracking progress and flagging issues before they become a problem
- Supporting internal teams with project plans, schedules, and communication
- Acting as the go-to contact for all things fieldwork — both internally and externally
- Helping with budgeting, resource planning, and onboarding freelancers when needed
✅ You’ll need to bring:
- Proven experience managing research fieldwork (brand tracking or multi-country projects = big plus)
- Top-notch organisation skills and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure
- A detail-loving mindset and a knack for solving problems before they escalate
- Experience working with both internal teams and external suppliers
- Confidence in Excel and familiarity with project management tools or methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Prince2)
