A growing insights consultancy is looking for an Interim Research Director to lead on research effectiveness, drive operational excellence, and guide a high-performing team through a crucial 8-month period.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and lead the development of standardised research methods and playbooks
- Improve workflows from quant setup to delivery
- Coach researchers across all levels and help embed best practice
- Provide expert oversight on complex segmentations and tracking projects
- Act as escalation support for senior leads without being in the day-to-day
About you:
- 10+ years in market research with mixed methods experience
- Skilled in segmentation, brand tracking and operational design
