We are working with a research and design consultancy that does a mixture of qualitative research and cultural insights for commercial and social impact briefs. They are a boutique agency with a strong leadership team from impressive backgrounds. They are looking to hire an Associate Director with expertise across Cultural Insights (paired with Qual & Semiotics).

Founded as a behavioural change and design business, they unpack cultural complexity to address societal challenges. The agency draws inspiration from ethnography, social sciences, human-centered design, cultural insights, behavioural science, and documentary methods. Their outputs are impactful, ranging from documentaries and films to interactive reports, and they also have an in-house studio.

This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in innovative research work, utilizing cultural strategy and semiotic approaches alongside qualitative work.

The Associate Director will be a key member of the team, managing larger projects, serving as the day-to-day contact, and acting as a liaison between directors and junior staff. The role involves maintaining, growing, and enhancing commercial insight and strategic consultancy relationships.
