Please note that this is not a clinical research role. ENI is partnering with an exciting, growing Oncology market research team to find an associate director. They work with a range of companies across pharmaceuticals, bio-tech, medical devices, and tech to support from early stage strategy to new product launches to product optimisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide insights that will change peoples lives.
The Role
- Deliver impactful projects end to end
- Contribute to proposals and pitch in response to interesting, challenging briefs
- Build capability within the team, mentoring and coaching more junior members
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Drive development and growth across key clients
- Work alongside directors in account management
- Work closely with clients to develop a strong understanding of their businesses, motivations, and impact of your work
About You
- A significant knowledge and understanding of qualitative and quantitative ad-hoc research techniques and a willingness to learn new approaches
- A strong interest in working in Oncology
- Willingness to take on challenging, complex projects and working collaboratively to turn briefs into impactful results
- An ability to develop, maintain, and grow client relationships
- Ability to lead complex multi-country studies across a range of methodologies
- Experience in managing, developing, and motivating individuals and teams.
