Associate Director – Market Research

Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid working

Hybrid working – 2 days in the office.

We\’re looking for a quant Associate Director to join a growing full service research agency.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and deliver high-quality research projects aligned with client objectives
  • Lead client relationships from brief through to final deliverables
  • Manage and mentor a team of researchers across varying levels
  • Oversee resource planning, project workflows, and capacity management
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and broader team strategy
