The Company:
This role is with a leading research agency who are one of the most renowned names in the industry. They are made up of custom researchers but also analytics, healthcare strategy and a team of project managers.

Very flexible around people’s needs such as parenting, a cohesive leadership and director team that has contributed to the growth of the team in the past few years where other agencies may have struggled and also their ability to pick up the biggest, most strategic client work.
The Role:
We are looking for an Associate Director, who has a quantitative background within primary market research and Oncology sector experience.
The healthcare division works across multiple topic areas within both pharmacology and healthcare. It’s an exciting time to join as they continue to invest in their ad hoc quant team with a couple of brilliant senior hires. They have also won a significant amount of work in quantitative research work, particularly in Oncology, as well as investing a lot in their AI capabilities across the business.
The team boasts a great work to life balance as they are a relatively big division. Also there is great progression routes to develop beyond a director so you can keep moving upwards.
