Associate Director – Cultural Insight, Semiotics & Foresight
💰 £60,000–70,000

Are you fascinated by how culture shapes brands? Passionate about semiotics, foresight and global insight?
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading cultural consultancy working at the intersection of brand strategy, innovation and design. This fast-paced, award-winning team partners with global brands across tech, FMCG, media, finance and more to decode culture and deliver commercially relevant insight.
You’ll lead multi-market projects using cultural insight and semiotics to analyse brand strategy, pack design, communications and innovation. You’ll identify patterns, assess cultural resonance in different regions and advise on opportunity spaces for brand growth.
International perspective is essential. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and help lead a collaborative, thoughtful and high-performing team.
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years in cultural strategy, semiotics, foresight, trends or similar
- Commercially sharp, culturally curious and fluent in the language of brand and design
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience working internationally or speaking multiple languages is a bonus
