This role will sit within the panel operations team, supporting the Panel Manager in maintaining and growing high-quality research panels used for both quantitative and qualitative studies. You’ll play a key role in ensuring panels are healthy, engaged and delivering high-quality sample across international projects.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- ~3+ years’ experience working with research panels
- Understanding of market research methodologies and operations
- Strong organisation and operational management skills
- Experience using panel management platforms / tools
- Ability to work in a fast-moving agency environment
