- Data Operations Manager
- Salary: Up to Β£50,000
- London-based hybrid role
- Experience within market research, research operations, or data processing
- Strong survey scripting skills (Qualtrics, Decipher, Forsta, Dimensions or similar)
- Experience with quantitative data workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Automation and process improvement experience
- Exposure to Python, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, or workflow automation tools would be a strong advantage.

They're looking for a Data Operations Manager to join their team and take ownership of the operational delivery of large-scale, multi-market research programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with project delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
You'll be involved in:
β’ Survey scripting, data processing, reporting, and workflow automation
β’ Managing complex research projects and mitigating delivery risks
β’ Building and improving automation workflows and operational processes
β’ Working closely with research, operations, and technology teams
β’ Driving efficiencies and helping shape the future of research operations
