Are you a Qualitative Researcher with 4+ years experience interested in working for an innovative tech platform? We’re partnering with an innovative insights agency that’s redefining how brands connect with consumers through digital qualitative research. They explore customer behaviour, test ideas, and shape brand strategy for major global clients across a range of industries.

They’re seeking a Research Manager to take the lead on key client relationships and manage projects from scoping through to delivery. This includes designing research frameworks, moderating sessions, crafting impactful reports, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

You’ll work across varied methodologies, including video diaries, mobile-based tasks, and digital ethnographies, with exposure to UX testing, innovation, and new product development. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to international research, collaborating with well-known brands to help them stay relevant and forward-thinking in an ever-evolving market.
