I'm working with an award winning, leading insights and research business that is investing heavily in automation, technology, and operational excellence. They're looking for a Data Operations Manager to join their team and take ownership of the operational delivery of large-scale, multi-market research programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with project delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

You'll be involved in:

  • Survey scripting, data processing, reporting, and workflow automation
  • Managing complex research projects and mitigating delivery risks
  • Building and improving automation workflows and operational processes
  • Working closely with research, operations, and technology teams
  • Driving efficiencies and helping shape the future of research operations

We're looking for:

  • Experience within market research, research operations, or data processing
  • Strong survey scripting skills (Qualtrics, Decipher, Forsta, Dimensions or similar)
  • Experience with quantitative data workflows, dashboards, and reporting
  • A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Automation and process improvement experience
  • Exposure to Python, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, or workflow automation tools would be a strong advantage.
