The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of delivery — owning end-to-end project execution across a diverse portfolio of research programmes for global brands. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects run smoothly from kick-off through to delivery. Along the way, you’ll play a key role in client communication, fieldwork management, and keeping everything aligned and on track. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced agency setting, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and working with smart, collaborative teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Project Delivery
- Plan, manage and deliver multiple research projects end-to-end
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively solve issues
- Lead project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
- Ensure high-quality delivery to deadlines
- Operations & Resource Management
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners (including fieldwork providers)
- Manage resource allocation across projects
- Support survey scripting and platform setup where needed
- Ensure strong project governance and financial oversight
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients
- Provide regular updates on progress, status, and outputs
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute to case studies and project storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing research projects within an agency environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience coordinating fieldwork and working with external suppliers
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Analytical mindset with a structured, problem-solving approach
- Calm under pressure with strong prioritisation skills
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
