- Research Manager level, typically 4+ years of qualitative research
- £35,000 – £40,000 DOE + benefits
- Fully remote – open to UK based or Europe based
- Full time position, 37.5 hours a week
- Flexible working between the hours of 7am – 9pm based on timezone/preference

The Client:
We\’re working with a fast-growing consumer insight consultancy who specialises in building bespoke online communities to solve marketing, innovation and communication challenges for huge names such as IKEA, Peloton and Facebook.
They are a fully remote team which means you can work wherever you feel most comfortable, with flexible working hours too! They have built their own platform, designed to deliver qualitative research on both short & long term community projects. They are a team of 20+ people and steadily growing.
The Role:
They are now looking for a Research Manager to come and take responsibility for some of their largest accounts. This will see you working the full project lifecycle, designing discussion guides, moderating, writing reports and presenting.
A big part of the role is setting up the communities to gain strategic insights and help drive the well-established brands forward. Projects will cover likes of UX testing & NPD and you\’ll get the chance to work on a variety of digital techniques such as mobile diaries & video ethnography.
You\’ll be working on international projects, introducing the power of online qualitative research to massive well-known names across a number of sectors.
