Funciones
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de polÃticas, procedimientos y estándares de seguridad en todas las operaciones.
- Realizar inspecciones y auditorÃas internas para identificar condiciones y actos inseguros.
- Investigar incidentes, accidentes, determinando causas raÃz e implementando acciones correctivas.
- Elaborar y actualizar la matriz IPERC e IAA.
- Diseñar e implantar programas de capacitación en seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente.
- Realizar charlas de inducción, sensibilización y entrenamiento especÃfico para el personal.
- Gestionar permisos, licencias y autorizaciones ambientales requeridas.
- Mantener actualizada la documentación del sistema de gestión SSOMA.
- Supervisar el manejo adecuado de residuos sólidos, efluentes y emisiones.
- Implementar programas de minimización de impactos ambientales.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de procedimientos ambientales.
- Coordinar con áreas operativas la implementación de medidas preventivas y correctivas.
- Conocimiento en planes de respuesta ante emergencias.
- Declaración Anual de Manejo de Residuos Sólidos.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente dentro del sector electricidad, construcción y renovable.
Formación
- Deseable contar con conocimientos en las normativas del sector Electricidad, Construcción y Renovable que rigen para la gestión en Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
Software/Herramientas
- Office nivel intermedio.
