¿Buscas un empleo como Supervisor/a Junior en Guatemala con menos de 1 año de experiencia? Grupo Enhol está buscando un perfil proactivo para apoyar la supervisión diaria de obras.

Funciones:

  • Apoyar al Site Manager en la supervisión diaria de los trabajos en obra, asegurando el correcto avance de las actividades.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las tareas de los equipos y subcontratas, verificando que se ejecutan conforme a la planificación establecida.
  • Colaborar en el control de calidad de los trabajos ejecutados, detectando posibles desviaciones y comunicándolas al Site Manager.
  • Apoyar en la implantación y cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud en obra.
  • Registrar y reportar el avance diario de obra, incidencias y necesidades detectadas en campo.
  • Colaborar en la coordinación de materiales, medios y recursos, asegurando su correcta disponibilidad en obra.
  • Participar en la resolución de incidencias bajo la supervisión del Site Manager.
  • Apoyar en la recepción de trabajos y pequeñas unidades de obra, así como en tareas de cierre del proyecto.

Requisitos:

  • Grado en Ingeniería.
  • No se requiere experiencia laboral superior a un año.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje, orientación al trabajo en campo, buenas habilidades de comunicación y responsabilidad.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Guatemala.
