¿Te gustaría desarrollar tu carrera profesional en el sector de las energías renovables? ¡En INVER Perú te estamos buscando! Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil de Asset Manager que incorporarse al equipo de Gestión de Activos.

Funciones

  • Velar por el buen estado y correcto funcionamiento técnico y económico de las instalaciones.
  • Coordinar, gestionar y documentar todas las actividades que tengan que ser efectuadas en el activo.
  • Controlar el correcto cumplimiento de las obligaciones recogidas en los contratos necesarios para el funcionamiento de la instalación.
  • Redacción y revisión de contratos.
  • Supervisar y analizar el rendimiento de los activos, dando seguimiento a los KPIs e incidencias de las plantas.
  • Gestionar las incidencias y efectuar las reclamaciones que correspondan.
  • Controlar el correcto cumplimiento de las obligaciones de las plantas en materia medioambiental, prevención de riesgos laborales y de cualquier normativa que sea de aplicación.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas de supervisión a las plantas.
  • Realizar tareas administrativas necesarias para el control de los activos.
  • Elaboración, seguimiento, optimización y control del presupuesto operativo de las instalaciones.
  • Elaboración y revisión de informes.

Requisitos

  • Valorable poseer un nivel B2 o superior en Inglés.
  • Conocimientos en el sector energético y mercado eléctrico.

Formación

  • Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica o similar o experiencia equivalente.
  • Valorable Máster en Energía Renovable.
  • Se valorará disponer de cursos de H.
