¿Tienes experiencia como Site Manager? Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil de Site Manager en Guatemala con entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia realizando las siguientes funciones:
- Gestión y supervisión diaria de las actividades de obra en campo, asegurando que la ejecución se realiza conforme a proyecto, planificación y estándares de calidad.
- Coordinación y control de contratistas y subcontratistas, garantizando la correcta secuencia de trabajos y la resolución de incidencias en obra.
- Seguimiento del avance de los trabajos, control de plazos y detección temprana de desviaciones, proponiendo acciones correctivas.
- Verificación del cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad y salud, medioambiental y de calidad en el emplazamiento.
- Coordinación con los equipos de ingenierÃa, construcción y project management para asegurar la correcta ejecución técnica del proyecto.
- Control de la correcta recepción, almacenamiento y uso de materiales y equipos en obra.
- Participación en reuniones de obra, elaboración de reportes de avance y comunicación continua con las partes implicadas.
- Apoyo en las fases de puesta en marcha, pruebas y cierre de obra, asegurando la correcta finalización de los trabajos.
Requisitos:
- Grado en IngenierÃa.
- Tener entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia realizando funciones similares.
- Valorables conocimientos de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para residir en Guatemala.
- Buscamos a una persona con capacidad de decisión, de coordinación y habilidades para gestionar equipos multiculturales.
- Ser necesario ser un/a trabajador/a con sensibilidad en seguridad y salud, autonomÃa, compromiso y proactividad.

- Grado en IngenierÃa.
