Funciones
- Desarrollo y implementación del Plan de Calidad: Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar el Plan de Calidad especÃfico para la construcción del proyecto fotovoltaico, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas locales y estándares internacionales.
- Supervisión y control de la calidad en obra: Monitorear y supervisar todas las actividades de construcción para asegurar que se cumplen los estándares de calidad establecidos, incluyendo la revisión de materiales, procesos y técnicas utilizadas.
- Coordinación con el Departamento de Calidad en España: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Calidad en España para asegurar la alineación de los procedimientos y estándares de calidad entre ambos paÃses.
- Establecimiento de procedimientos y protocolos: Crear y aplicar procedimientos, protocolos y controles de calidad especÃficos para cada etapa del proyecto, desde la selección de proveedores hasta la finalización de la obra.
- AuditorÃas internas y externas: Planificar, organizar y ejecutar auditorÃas internas de calidad y coordinar con auditores externos para evaluar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
- Gestión de No Conformidades: Identificar, registrar y gestionar las no conformidades detectadas durante la construcción, liderando la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Capacitación y formación: Capacitar al personal del proyecto en las polÃticas, procedimientos y estándares de calidad, fomentando una cultura de calidad en toda la obra.
Las funciones anteriores no son limitativas, pudiendo modificarse en base a necesidades del Departamento y por el buen desempeño de la actividad.
Requisitos
- Grado de IngenierÃa.
- De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en ejecución de proyectos fotovoltaicos internacionales.
- Valorable manejo de autocad y entorno Microsoft.
