En Inver Management Perú te estamos buscando! Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil de Auxiliar Administrativo que incorporarse al equipo de Ejecución de Proyectos.
Funciones
- Gestión Financiera: Asegurar la trazabilidad financiera y operativa del proyecto mediante la gestión eficiente de comprobantes de pago, el control de proveedores de servicios generales y el soporte administrativo necesario para la continuidad de la obra.
- Gestión Documental y Facturación: Recepción, validación (según normas SUNAT) y registro de facturas de proveedores. Asegurar que cada gasto tenga su sustento (Orden de Compra/Servicio) para evitar retrasos en pagos.
- Control de Servicios Generales: Supervisión directa de los proveedores de Catering, Limpieza y Vigilancia. Verificar que el servicio se cumpla según contrato (calidad de comida, frecuencias de limpieza, etc.).
- Gestión de Facilities: Control de insumos de oficina, suministros de agua para consumo, gestión de residuos y mantenimiento de los módulos administrativos en obra.
- Administración de Caja Chica: Manejo de fondos para gastos operativos menores de emergencia y elaboración de las rendiciones semanales.
- Soporte LogÃstico y Traslados: Coordinar la logÃstica de transporte del personal (buses/camionetas) y, de ser necesario, reservas de alojamiento en La Joya o Arequipa para visitas técnicas.
- Control de Personal (Back-office): Apoyo en la recopilación de documentación de subcontratistas (Planillas, SCTR, EMO) y control de asistencia diario para el reporte de costos.
- Gestión de Servicios Básicos: Seguimiento y pago de servicios crÃticos como internet satelital, suministro eléctrico y telefonÃa del proyecto.
Requisitos
- Residir en Arequipa o zonas aledañas.
- Contar con hasta 3 años de experiencia.
Formación
- Técnico en Administración, Contabilidad o egresado universitario de carreras afines.
Software/Herramientas
- Excel avanzado (Tablas dinámicas para control de costos) y manejo de algún ERP (SAP, S10, StarSoft o similares).
