About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Email & Lifecycle Manager to professionalise and elevate Enhesa’s prospect email and nurture engine. You will own our always-on lifecycle communications from lead acquisition through sales qualification, ensuring they are structured, persona-focused and commercially effective. A key part of the role will be strengthening our newsletter programme and turning it into a high-quality, insight-led channel aligned to enterprise audiences.
This role is about bringing clarity, consistency and performance to our email and nurture activity. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product Marketing to ensure lifecycle communications support pipeline growth across our enterprise B2B SaaS portfolio.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own the prospect lifecycle strategy across key funnel stages
- Define clear segmentation and persona frameworks
- Build and optimise persona-led nurture journeys
- Strengthen and structure the newsletter programme as a core engagement channel
- Align lifecycle communications with demand generation and sales priorities
- Design, build and optimise automated email journeys
- Improve engagement and MQL to SQL conversion
- Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap
- Maintain clear documentation and lifecycle standards
- Build simple, commercially focused lifecycle reporting
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across marketing and sales
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS email, CRM or lifecycle roles
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Proven experience improving and scaling email nurture programmes
- Experience building persona-led segmentation models
- Data-driven mindset with clear reporting capability
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B offerings
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
