Overview of the position:
This is a part-time position of 21 hours per week on a 3 month fixed term contract beginning in March to end of May 2026. As the Events Operations Administrator working within the Events Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the team with various administrative tasks.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Deal with customer queries in the shared inboxes in a timely manner.
- Updating the event management system, including adding attendees to delegate lists.
- Other tasks and responsibilities given to you by your line manager from time to time.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
- Events background preferable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dynamics and event management system desirable.
