Founded in 2008, London-based Enhanced Music is an independent label & publisher group, predominantly working across dance and electronic genres, achieving billions of streams, millions of downloads and multiple Gold and Platinum selling releases. Enhanced also has a standalone publishing division and has seen sustained growth and global success across its business, and is highly regarded within the industry today.

In late 2024, Enhanced partnered with Create Music Group and unveiled new studios at their London HQ, comprising three recording studios and a separate live space for radio show production and DJ performances.

We are now looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with experience working within the Music Industry to join our fast-growing team in London. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will work as an important member of the Marketing division and be responsible for creating and delivering impactful creative assets for our 5 labels: Enhanced Recordings, Enhanced Progressive, Colorize, Enhanced Chill & Shapes of Solitude.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Creative / Art Direction: You will create industry-leading visual branding for our artists and their releases (e.g. full album campaigns). Ideate and then deliver exciting assets for all 5 of our labels. This will range from live event flyers, to merch designs, to short-form social content, to editing 3-hour DJ sets & more. You will be our expert on visual branding, and you must ensure that each of our artists and labels always has their own clear sense of identity.
  • Create artworks & 'release assets' (such as social banners, pack-shot animations, Spotify Canvas etc) for our releases as assigned. These will range from template designs to completely custom creations, which you will be required to build on your own.
  • Attend and assist with photo & video shoots, using your keen eye for creative direction to ensure that all deliverables are of the highest standard and in line with relevant artist/ label branding.
  • You will liaise regularly with the Director, General Manager & Senior Graphic Designer to ensure that company branding across all areas remains fresh, innovative, and exciting.

These are things we need you to have:

  • Advanced knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite is essential, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro & Illustrator.
  • A portfolio of your previous work within the Music Industry. We particularly want to see how good you are at building new creative concepts and aesthetics, as well as work that demonstrates your mastery of the Adobe Suite.
  • An innate passion for music & art. If you love Dance & Electronic music as much as we do, that will help a lot!
  • Impeccable attention to detail. You notice if elements aren't aligned properly in a composition and spot things like spelling mistakes, audio glitches or formatting errors before anyone else.
  • Great organisation & time-management skills. You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and understand how to prioritise each one based on the wider marketing team's need to meet deadlines.
  • The right attitude. A strong, healthy team culture is paramount to everything we do at Enhanced and is the foundation of our success. We need you to be positive, pragmatic, and driven to push boundaries through work that genuinely excites you.
  • Educational background in Design, Art or equivalent.

These are things we'd like you to have:

  • Strong understanding of digital formats and how people consume content via social media channels (i.e. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, etc).
  • An awareness of Enhanced, our brands and an understanding of the scene we operate in.
  • Experience working directly with or within Record Labels.
  • Experience working on live events.

What we offer:

  • Competitive Salary.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, min 3 days per week in our central London office.
  • 21 Days Holiday, plus extra time off over the Xmas period and your birthday off should it fall midweek.
  • Health Insurance unlocking extra benefits including great discounts on gyms, food, equipment and more.
  • Cycle To Work scheme.
  • Company SIM plan.
  • Free use of our studios.
  • Fantastic central London HQ location, stunning new offices and studios, and a fun, vibrant team to work with every day.
