With a sweet spot of £250k–£1M and the ability to deliver schemes up to £5M, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys early-stage client engagement and shaping projects from the ground up. The Role: Act as the client\’s technical advisor during pre-construction, helping shape the vision and advising on feasibility, specification, and rough costings. Take briefs and turn them into deliverable D&B solutions, typically for fast-paced 12-week fit-out projects. Work closely with clients across commercial, education and leisure sectors.
