An established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of fast-track commercial office fit-out projects across London and the surrounding areas. Operating within the design & build sector, the business delivers electrical building services projects for a strong portfolio of commercial clients, primarily located within the M25 region.
Role Overview
You will work closely with the senior management team to oversee the delivery of multiple electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. This is a flexible role, with time split between site visits, surveys, meetings, office locations, and home working depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage electrical building services projects within the commercial fit-out sector
- Manage multiple small and large projects simultaneously
- Update and manage design drawings as projects progress and evolve
- Manage main contracts and smaller subcontract packages
- Oversee subcontractors and installation quality on site
- Work alongside the in-house procurement manager for material purchasing and procurement
