With project values typically ranging between £250k–£1m (and up to £5m), they\’re now looking to bring in an Electrical Preconstruction Manager to help shape the front-end process and guide clients through the early stages of their projects. This is a key client-facing role where you\’ll be advising on design feasibility, rough cost planning, and helping to bring client visions to life. You\’ll then work closely with the in-house design and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction through to delivery. The Role: Act as the first point of contact for clients in the early stages of project development.
